J2EE Design Patterns

At Slashdot a book review of “J2EE Design Patterns” was published. It’s rated 8 out of 10. A design pattern for those who don’t know involve three components: first, a description of a generalized recurring problem; second, an abstract solution that is generally accepted; and third, a name for the sake of convenience. Patterns save time and effort by supplying developers with a shared language when discussing common problems.
