It feels like a deja vu, but they posted C# code for some common design patterns at dofactory.com together with some very minimalistic description of how it works. The information is too little to actually know when to apply the different DPs so you still have to buy "Design Patterns" - the book. Which shows examples in C++ and Smalltalk. But serously, if you know enough about OOP to be ready for the Design Patterns book (which isn't exactly bedtime reading), you should be quite capable of reading C++ too. There must be better things to do with your time (I can't think of something right now, but I'm sure there are).
